We take an annual trip to the Philippines every January to visit family & eat plenty of delicious food that inspires our menus, we generally close for around 4-6 weeks.
We also aim to take a couple of weeks off in the summer too to spend time with our young daughter. Teaching her that work life balance is important and burnout is uncool!
